About Warren International

Warren International was formed originally under the name Food Services Group in New Zealand in 1998 as a manufacturers’ representative group. Initially the company was responsible for managing Libbey Glassware and Cambro Manufacturing brands/products in New Zealand.

Over the years the group added additional brands and was asked to develop some of these brands in Australian and African markets as well. In 2010 the company was re-branded as Warren International and now manages eight brands on behalf of manufacturers in Sub-Saharan Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Pacific Ocean Isles, and the Indian Ocean Isles.

Jack Warren

Jack has 23 years’ experience marketing and selling food service equipment lines across multiple brands, from heavy equipment through tab-letop brands both in Australasia and Africa. He has comprehensive knowledge of the leading food service manufacturers globally, their brands and products from heavy equipment & fabrication, through tabletop. He has working experience with all major international chains (end user accounts), from QSR, restaurant chains, hotel chains, global catering companies, institutional markets (govt. healthcare, schools and universities, correctional facilities, military, police), field operations such as mining camps and oil platforms, private healthcare, as well as general hospitality (restaurants, pubs etc), and stadiums and convention centres. Further Jack has proven project management skills for large projects from design phase, through specification, supply and installation/commissioning and then after sales service. Jack is passionate about food service development and passionate about African development.

As a manufacturers representative Warren International works on behalf of the manufacturer it represents to offer the following services:


To develop a long term sales strategy, growth strategy, and sales goals for each market and each brand.


To assist these distributors in terms of developing a sales and marketing strategy for the brand/s they will be selling.


To assist the distributors with regular key account sales calls together with the distributors sales reps.


To process orders received through the factory in question and assist with the factories export and customer service department in terms of order shipments, payments, freight etc.


To find and appoint appropriate stocking distributors in each market


To complete regular product training and sales training with the distributors sales teams and to try to get the brands specified and listed into key accounts.

Set Goals

To set sales targets for each distributor and market and assist the distributors in meeting these quotas.


These functions are all completed by working closely with the relevant Export Manager/ International Manager of the factories we represent

We travel extensively within the markets we are responsible for to achieve these goals. Our remuneration for these services are in the form of a negotiated commission paid against each invoiced and shipped sale.
